Senior Project Manager | Construction

The Harris Center for Mental Health & IDD is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team!

About the Position

The Senior Project Manager of Construction at The Harris Center will be responsible for the overall direction and completion of all agency construction project deliverables from conception to completion. These deliverables include project management, project budgets, schedule development, reconstruction, design, operations, safety, construction contract administration, project team building, and strategic planning. This role is a key contributor to the organization in partnership with agency leaders and stakeholders in order to communicate and inform on the progress of all Agency construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture 
• 10 years of project management experience in commercial, healthcare, or industrial construction
• Experience in leading project teams 
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and planning in construction
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute engineer drawings, specifications, and work instructions
