The Harris Center for Mental Health & IDD is looking for a Data Management Coordinator experienced with the Workforce Dimension System for our Human Resources team

About the Position

The Data Management Coordinator for The Harris Center will manage clerical and support functions in order to coordinate the data processing and distribution activities need to support service delivery and administrative operations. In this role, you will provide telephone coverage, data entry, record maintenance, as well as information and data compilation in order to maintain day-to-day operations of the organization and the HR Department. You will be responsible for developing effective techniques that can be used to evaluate data management systems, especially Workforce Dimension, as well as implementing effective tracking systems that will ensure data accuracy and completion within designated time frames.

Requirements

  • One of the following degrees + experience:
    • High School Diploma and 4 years of HR experience, required
    • Associate’s Degree and 2 years of HR experience, preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of HR experience, preferred
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimemnsions – HCM and Timekeeping
